POSITION SUMMARY:
We're on the hunt for a Maintenance Technician well-versed in property upkeep. Familiarity with Hilton Head Island? Perfect! We value technicians with hands-on field experience, balanced by the drive to thrive independently as well as on a team.
What will your day look like?
You'll be at the heart of ensuring our properties remain the gold standard. Your excellent time management skills will be crucial in maintaining everything, from our homes' roofs to our villas' foundations. We understand that a day with the same old routine can get monotonous, but in this role, every day offers a variety of tasks for your skills to be used, whether in preventive maintenance, fixing the railing on a porch or answering a call if something needs attention during a guest's stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Basic home repairs on a daily basis (i.e. troubleshooting, basic plumbing, carpentry, locks, HVAC, pool, drywall repair, appliances, electrical, etc.)
- Assisting Property Managers, owners and guests as needed
- Recording and remittance of completed work orders to lead maintenance technician at the end of each work day
- Proper notations on all work orders, particularly if additional follow-up is required
- Performing other tasks or requests consistent with fulfilling company objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Strong field experience in multiple areas
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $21 per hour, depending on experience
