Your Role On The Team
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for helping maintain the high standards of our vacation properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include various maintenance tasks, from addressing electrical and plumbing issues to repairing appliances and ensuring our HVAC systems run smoothly. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve in-home technology problems will ensure our guests enjoy a stress-free experience.

- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and take appropriate action to resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform appliance troubleshooting and repairs as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and address cable and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Conduct basic HVAC repairs and maintenance.
- Handle light plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform general household maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing AC filters, and similar duties.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work order requests.
- Oversee and execute all aspects of maintenance, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Proven experience in property maintenance, preferably in a vacation rental or hospitality setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a dedication to upholding the company's values and standards.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $25 - $30 based on experience
