Maintenance Technicians are essential to the success of a vacation rental company.

With your tool belt, home repair skills, and a proactive mindset, you'll handle routine maintenance tasks for our homeowners and guests like a pro. Work orders

will be sent your way every Monday, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated week of service.

We’re in need of an individual who will take responsibility for ensuring our properties are always in premium condition through performing preventative maintenance routines that include everything from plumbing to electrical and Wi-Fi. Additionally, if any home needs your attention during a guest's stay, you’ll be the go-to person to address the issue with your positive attitude and technical expertise, ensuring little to no impact on their stay.

This is a 1099 position with benefits.


  • Inspect the property for improvements and repairs and review with the office.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, cleaning out vents, painting, and repairing holes in walls and stucco.
  • Perform repairs to make-ready units on time and perform work order requests as needed.
  • Replacement of pool screens & outdoor tasks such as checking sprinkler settings and power washing
  • Troubleshoot Point Central (smart home system with online support team)
  • Remove rubbish away from home (large items)
  • Attending home appointments


  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform general residential maintenance and repairs.
  • Experience as a maintenance technician is required, preferably in the property management or similar industry.
  • Own a standard set of tools.
  • A vehicle and a valid Driver's License is required.
  • Ability to work independently, in a team environment as well as with third-party vendors


Wage: $25.00/ hour


  • PTO- Two weeks of paid time off
  • Monthly fuel allowance

Schedule: Regular business hours Monday through Friday with availability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
