POSITION SUMMARY:
As Maintenance Director, your primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of the Maintenance Department including but not limited to oversight of TN Dispatch agents and daily work order assignments, the activity of all Maintenance Technicians, reporting on departmental efficiency, employee accountability, and departmental profitability. Oversight and adherence to Maintenance Budgets and all tasks associated with Maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interview, hire and oversee training for all new Maintenance and Dispatch employees, make sure correct paperwork is completed and turned into the Human Resource Department
- Forward-thinking skills with fresh new ideas, Looking for new training opportunities to further Techs education
- Oversee and assist with all daily activities of the Maintenance Team and Dispatch
- Review Maintenance Technicians time cards and assigned work orders
- Review mileage turned in for reimbursement and review Verizon Connect
- Submit weekly reports on maintenance performance to upper management
- Monitor Maintenance KPI’s and profitability
- Report any disciplinary issues to upper management
- Hold regular meetings and training sessions with all employees to keep them updated on events and changes
- Make sure employees comply with the OSHA regulations and train employees when needed
- Assisting management with any issues or task they need to be completed
- Calculate quotes for jobs CFY maintenance can facilitate
- Help guests with various issues related to the Maintenance Department
- Complete assigned daily task within a timely manner
- Oversee the completion of work performed by CFY Vendors
- Follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $65,000
