POSITION SUMMARY:

Juniper Holiday + Home invites you to become our Luxury Property Operations Assistant. This role is tailor-made for you if you find joy in managing details and executing tasks with unmatched precision.

Your goal is clear: to ensure Juniper Holiday + Home offers guests an experience like none other.

As an Operations Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will vary, from running essential errands and delivering linens to organizing supplies and staging furnishings. You’ll coordinate deliveries, conduct property checks, and handle maintenance issues with professionalism and strong time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Running various errands (driving the company vehicle as needed), such as picking up supplies, delivering packages, or handling miscellaneous tasks to support property operations.
  • Delivering linens for our housekeeping team
  • Assisting with unpacking and organizing supplies, amenities, and equipment at our vacation rental properties. This may involve setting up rooms, stocking inventory, or arranging furnishings to maintain a luxurious environment.
  • Being available to assist with urgent tasks or requests that arise in the field. This may include responding to maintenance issues, coordinating deliveries, or providing additional support during guest check-ins/check-outs.
  • Maintaining clear and timely communication with the property management team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conducting periodic checks to ensure that properties meet our high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Travel throughout Southwest Michigan
  • Smartphone proficiency for accessing company technology.
