POSITION SUMMARY:
As our Listings Manager, you will be the expert in ensuring our vacation rental properties are effectively marketed to potential guests across multiple booking channels. You will create and manage engaging property listings, integrate our PMS with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and ensure that all listings are accurate and up-to-date. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in revenue management is a plus, as it will help optimize our listings for maximum profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and Manage Listings: Write compelling and accurate job listings for new vacation rental properties.
- OTA Integration: Ensure listings on various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc., are integrated and synchronized with our channel manager.
- Ensure Listing Accuracy: Regularly review and update property listings to ensure accuracy and completeness in the copy, photos, amenities, and other settings.
- Optimize Listings: Use data and feedback to optimize listings for maximum visibility and bookings.
- Coordinate Onboarding Process: Work closely with our operations team to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of listings to maintain high standards and identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and guest service teams to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Monitor Performance: Track and analyze listing performance to make data-driven improvement decisions.
- Revenue Management: Utilize revenue management strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates (experience in this area is a plus).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the vacation rental industry, hospitality, or a related field.
- Must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with OTAs and property management software
- A keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of listings.
- Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
- Working knowledge of revenue management is a plus, helping to optimize listing profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary: $800 - $1,200
