Our team is specifically looking for someone with past management and maintenance experience, preferably at a Laundromat, to oversee the daily operations, which will include managing our drop-off service, handling cash transactions, filling up coin machines, conducting audits, and writing our Standard Operating Procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues.
- Oversee the daily operations of the laundromat, including drop-off service, coin machine maintenance, and SOPs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Fill up coin machines as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Write Standard Operating Procedures.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Manage staff and provide guidance and support
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience managing a laundromat is desired.
- Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor is a plus.
- Familiarity with hospitality laundry operations is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, able to troubleshoot and repair minor issues.
- Experience handling cash.
- Must be able to pass a background check prior to employment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: $20.00 / hour
