We’re seeking an experienced Interior Designer who lives and breathes interior design, hospitality, and construction. To be our ideal candidate, it’s essential that you value “the details,” have a talent for balancing form and function, and are driven to create stunning environments that maximize real estate investments and elevate guests' experiences.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in our recently launched interior design program, created specifically to help owners make the most of their property and ensure our guests are “wowed” with every check-in. Our leadership team will entrust you with complete ownership of these projects, from scope development through execution and the creative direction of our marketing photo shoots. For the right person, this role will be an interior designer’s dream, given that many of our properties are investment-oriented, offering the unique opportunity to express your creative freedom in realizing your designs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and own the entire interior design process, from concept creation to construction administration and final home installation, as well as schedule, stage, manage, and direct photo shoots.
- Deliver beautiful, high-quality designs for new properties under tight deadlines.
- Prepare and manage project documents while selecting, sourcing and coordinating the delivery of all materials, fixtures, and FF&E in line with design intent, budget, and schedule.
- Perform vendor and process assessments, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Provide personalized assistance to property owners, facilitating their design decisions in line with their vision and objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise projects to ensure quality control, budget adherence, and timely completion.
- Coordinate with team members, contractors, vendors, and trades, attending on-site meetings as necessary and tracking all project-related orders, invoices, and payments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution preferred
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in residential interior design and decor.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, with a preference for Revit skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing and overseeing multiple concurrent residential interior design projects.
- In-depth understanding of design principles, construction methods, and ability to solve construction administration issues.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to homeowner and guest satisfaction and a desire to contribute to company growth.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 based on experience and achievement
