POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Inbound Lead Coordinator to manage and qualify incoming leads, ensuring they are connected with the appropriate sales and account management teams. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, able to identify potential opportunities and help drive partner success through our suite of products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and qualify incoming leads from various sources, such as email, phone, and online channels.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to connect qualified leads to appropriate representatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of Vintory’s solutions and services, effectively communicating their value to potential partners.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Continuously optimize lead qualification processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving lead generation efforts.
- Monitor and analyze lead conversion rates, using data to inform strategies for improvement.
- Contribute to creating and refining lead management best practices, tools, and resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a B2B software or technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing and converting leads, achieving partner satisfaction, and driving partner success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management platforms.
