Step into this vital role as our Housekeeping and Laundry Manager.

Your main goal in this position will be to guide and maintain the quality and efficiency of our housekeeping and laundry team. From the hands-on training of our housekeepers and property inspectors to making sure each team member is on top of their game, keeping our laundry operations humming along.

  • Promote and lead an efficient and collaborative team environment within the housekeeping and laundry department - including hiring, training, and mentoring staff
  • Assign daily duties, manage work coordination, and oversee quality control through regular property inspections and adherence checks.
  • Ensure real-time updates in the property management systems, addressing discrepancies and ensuring accurate property statuses.
  • Conduct thorough training sessions for both housekeeping and laundry teams, emphasizing safety procedures, equipment operation, and efficient use of cleaning agents.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, manage supply orders, and maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Assessing the requirements of each department, forecasting seasonal staffing requirements, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost savings.
  • Engage with clients, guests, and internal teams, addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining Love Leavenworth's reputation for excellence.
  • Mastering operations software and other technology used in day to day operations.


  • 2+ years in housekeeping/linen management with a strong background in training and communication.
  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Practical HR experience to ensure best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and task management abilities. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and internet browsers, suited for a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and nurturing team members.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's license, reliable all-weather vehicle (4-wheel/all-wheel drive), and adhere to company safety guidelines.
  • Capable of managing stress, tight deadlines, and working across multiple property sites in hot and cold weather conditions.


  • Able to perform varied physical tasks, i.e. making bunk beds, futons, sofa beds, and moving heavy furniture
  • Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
  • Safe and confident driving skills


Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 based upon achievement and experience

Bonus: Eligible for an annual bonus of up to $10,000.00.
