We’re looking for results-oriented, hospitality-driven individuals to join our vibrant team as Housekeeping Inspectors. This role is incredibly important because it will be up to you to ensure our properties meet our cleanliness standards and are always ready to welcome our next guests.
Your Day To Day:
As a Housekeeping Inspector, your day-to-day will involve a mix of responsibilities. Typically, a shift might start with reviewing the day's assignments and prioritizing properties based on guest check-ins and check-outs. You'll travel from unit to unit within our onsite condominium complex in Destin, conducting thorough inspections to verify that each property has been meticulously cleaned, staged, and re-stocked. Your eye for detail will be crucial in identifying any areas needing additional attention.
As a team player, we’ll also rely on you to pitch in when necessary with hands-on tasks such as occasional cleaning or organizing storerooms to support the housekeeping team.

- Conduct inspections of units following housekeeping services to ensure adherence to our cleaning standards.
- Perform occasional cleaning tasks as needed.
- Manage inventory checks and replenish supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or cleaning needs within units.
- Utilize our app, BeHome, to report unit statuses promptly.
- Assist with opening or closing the office as required.
- Help organize storerooms and undertake various tasks to support our operations.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $18 - $20 per hour based on experience and achievement
