Are you a master of tidiness? Join us as our Housekeeping Coordinator in our St. George Island office location. 

In this important position, you will assist our Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly so that each property is pristine and check-in ready for our next guests.

Your duties will include prioritizing villa and room cleanings, inspecting the villas and rooms, and upholding our quality standards. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to multitask efficiently. You’ll fit right in if you possess a “can-do attitude” and love stepping back at the end of a shift to see a spotless space beautifully staged and ready to host the next vacation.


  • Support the Housekeeping staff to ensure excellent owner/guest satisfaction.
  • Inspect owner/guest villas/rooms, public areas, pool, etc., after being cleaned by housekeeping staff to ensure quality standards.
  • Run occupied villa/room reports, verify status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize villa/room cleaning, and update the status of departing owner/guest rooms.


  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability.
  • Must have great customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/willing to learn.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep busy/take initiative.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Work with a diverse group of housekeepers
  • Ability to coordinate well with other departments/laundry facilities.


Hourly: $15.00 - $17.00 / hr
