POSITION SUMMARY:
Skyrun Vacation Rentals - Anna Maria is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper to maintain our premium vacation rental properties on beautiful Anna Maria Island and within Bradenton. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating spotless, welcoming spaces and thrives on completing tasks efficiently and thoroughly. You'll follow established systems and checklists to ensure each property meets our high standards, working independently to deliver consistent, quality results. If you're methodical, reliable, and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done, this position offers the opportunity to be an essential part of our guest experience team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform full turnover cleanings between guest stays
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists (provided via app)
- Inspect property for damage or maintenance issues
- Stage home to 5-star presentation standards
- Launder and restock linens and supplies
- Report inventory needs and property concerns
- Ensure property is guest-ready by check-in time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of prior STR cleaning experience
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone (for checklists & communication)
- Ability to work weekends
- High attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual Spanish / English
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $22.00
