- Maintain homes impeccably by dusting, vacuuming, polishing, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Ensure outdoor areas, including backyards, pools, and entrances, are clean and inviting.
- Assist in room setup, arranging furniture and table settings, and ensuring cleanliness before guest check-in.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the property.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, promptly reporting incidents to management.
- Monitor and report cleaning supplies and equipment needs.
- Handle laundry and replenish housekeeping supplies.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate within a team, and adapt to our company culture and 6-step cleaning method.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring all areas are meticulously cleaned to high standards.
- Excellent time management skills, completing tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
- Previous luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
- Physical fitness for standing, lifting, and performing tasks comfortably.
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues to supervisors promptly.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment, following safety guidelines and company policies.
- Reliable transportation to reach the properties.
- Eligibility to work as a W2 employee in the United States.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $21-$45 per hour per cleaner, commensurate with experience and achievements (+ Per Home Bonus)
