POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Part-Time Housekeeper, every day will bring new challenges, along with the variety of traveling to various vacation rental locations - each with their own unique charm throughout the Jacksonville area.
Once you arrive at each property, you’ll begin your tasks with a thorough walkthrough. If you spot any damages or maintenance issues, you’ll report them back to our property management team for the maintenance team to address.
After that, it's time to roll up your sleeves and dive into a detailed cleaning of the home. We’ll rely on you to take care of the little things, too, like changing batteries in a remote or topping up the toiletries. By ensuring everything is in tip-top shape, you'll be setting the stage for our guests to have an unforgettable Florida vacation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all vacation rental properties assigned to you are cleaned thoroughly between guest stays. This includes deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, as well as spot cleaning as needed.
- Regularly check and restock consumable items like soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and possibly items like coffee and tea.
- From time to time, perform basic property maintenance duties, such as replacing light bulbs and notify the management team of any bigger repair or maintenance issues you might notice
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in residential or hospitality cleaning is preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Proficiency in using cleaning products and appliances.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have your smartphone to access apps for scheduling and reporting, as well as a clean driving record and reliable transportation
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Wage: We pay by a system called "piece rate." That means we pay per home, not per hour. The per unit price averages out to between $15-25+ per hour, where you decide your own tempo.
Schedule: Must be willing to work Monday thru Friday during regular business hours with the flexibility to work after hours and weekends.
