RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise housekeeping and inspection activities for 100+ units in coordination with the Housekeeping Manager.
- Coordinate with multiple contract vendors to ensure consistency of standards across all properties and coordinate turn-day cleans for multiple units simultaneously with Housekeeping Manager.
- Deliver linens, bedding, and other items as needed to units.
- Provide excellent guest services and prompt and courteous responses to guests and owners when issues are elevated to your position.
- Ensure that property inventories and inspections are completed on time.
- Maintain stockroom inventory and coordinate with the manager for replenishment.
- Monitor vacant properties and respond to last-minute reservations as needed.
- Communicate with multiple departments as needed to maintain all properties to a high standard.
- Assist Property Managers as well as assist and supervise laundry facilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid multi-tasking skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to delegate effectively and contribute to a culture that rewards hard work and empowers others to meet high standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance along with a positive attitude.
- A team player and eager to learn.
- Ability to monitor and update tasks and assignments using a smartphone or wireless tablet and familiarity with Microsoft Office is required.
- Prior experience with vacation rental software Track is a plus but not required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 based on experience and achievement
Schedule:
- Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as business requires (40 hrs/week - some possible overtime in the peak summer season)
