POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Guest Services and Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our luxury vacation rental property management services. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a laser focus on lead management.

You will need to have a passion for Siesta Key and the art of hospitality to proactively learn and gain knowledge of all homes in our portfolio while being socially fluent to our guests for all their needs. This entails responding to leads, sending quotes, utilizing excellent phone skills, responding to in-house guest requests, visiting guests in person, and overseeing the in-house guest experience by ensuring all of their requests and needs are properly met by working with our operations department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively respond to guest inquiries promptly via phone, text, and email.
  • Establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with the revenue department to meet Sales Goals for the month.
  • Process and schedule all payments for all bookings in place per agreements / special policies.
  • Become familiar with the inventory of all homes, components, amenities, concierge services, and experiences we offer in the area.
  • Seek out and request 5-star reviews from guests.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality, guest services, or concierge services sales role is required.
  • Vacation rental industry experience is desired.
  • Familiarity with using property management software such as Streamline is desired.
  • Enjoy speaking with people with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing environment while maintaining a high standard of service, strong work ethic, and a hospitality mindset.
  • A passion for and in-depth knowledge of the Siesta Key area and a quick learner about our properties and what we offer.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: Up to  $45,000 base with OTE $60,000

Schedule: Friday through Tuesday in the office.

Bonus Details: Bonus opportunities based on sales performance.
