COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Balmoral Resort Florida is a vacation home resort comprising of 120 homes (currently 35 additional under construction)resort was transitioned to long-term rentals during covid and now returning to the full vacation short-term rental model.
POSITION SUMMARY:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- responsible for all aspects of cleanliness of the vacation homes
- responsible for check-ins checkouts
- check the inventory of each home after checking out
- manage housekeeping inspectors and housekeeping staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
at least 5 years experience in the vacation home business
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 based on experience
