Stay Lake Norman was founded out of a desire to provide luxury vacation homes designed with the discerning guest in mind. In order to provide an alternative to the standard family vacation home typically found in Lake Norman, we offer luxury accommodations. With a focus on design, decor, and guest experiences, you won't find Grandma's comforter in the guest bedroom, but instead, quality linens and hotel-like services.
As a result of that vision and our strong team of designers and contractors, we have successfully added 40 vacation rental properties and 20 boat rentals in just six short years, leading the way in short-term luxury rentals here in Lake Norman.

POSITION SUMMARY:
If you're a people person with a natural ability to build long-lasting relationships - we have the perfect opportunity for you as our Guest Success Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the face of our luxury brand, developing relationships with current and future guests while upholding our strong company standards.
As the Guest Success Coordinator, you must be able to gain an in-depth knowledge of our property portfolio, services, and the area. This insight will help you to provide personalized recommendations to our guests based on their preferences and interests. In this role, your day will be filled with guest interactions, responding to their inquiries and requests, and liaising between them and our staff to meet their needs quickly and efficiently. We’ll also rely on you to assist us in creating VIP packages and additional services based on the information and feedback you receive from guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform friendly and professional outbound calls to guests for confirmations and assistance
- Respond to all guest comments, issues, and concerns in a timely manner
- Build relationships with local businesses to ensure quality services, possible discounts, and possible collaborations
- Review and make recommendations to our guest communication workflow
- Address any guest complaints or issues and direct them to appropriate staff members for resolution
- Maintain routine reports to ensure that agreements and payments are received according to the timelines
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry according to standards and protocols and accurate data entry.
- Oversee and respond to all guest reviews through various portals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be willing to embrace the values of StayLakeNorman.
- Experience in the hospitality field preferred.
- Great communication skills via telephone, text, and email.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated self-starter and a quick learner.
- Availability to work each weekend and three weekdays is required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $42,000 to $45,000 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: Annual bonus potential based on company performance
