Company Overview:
Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals started when Darik and Sally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007. Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing, amazing design, what was just an investment, has become a full-time business. We have grown to nearly 60 properties and have thanks to regulations and economic times have reset to just a few over 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle.
Position Summary
- Help with our in-person check-in process as required by HOA's we operate in
- Inspect cleans as part of that process
- Inspect properties for other needs: carpet cleaning, maintenance of items, etc.
- Help organize and order supplies for properties as needed
- Point of contact with guest needs, troubleshoot issues
- Help with property onboarding process
In our Guest Services and Operations Manager role you will be responsible for meeting guests, inspecting properties, and troubleshooting issues and finding resolutions for our guests so they can make the most of their time in Seattle. We are proud to be “Superhosts”, Premier Partners, and Platinum Partners on our various website platforms. We average more than 85% 5-star reviews from our guests, and in this role, you will be the smiling front-line face to help ensure our continued success in guest satisfaction. You will report to the General Manager and will have oversight of the cleaning team ensuring continued quality in cleaning and presentation standards for the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and equivalent work experience
- Hospitality experience required
- Vacation Rental Management experience is preferred
- Customer Service Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Self-Starter
- Ability to work alone, and with small team
- Technology Savvy – Cloud Based Software, Apps, Box, Google Sheets, Etc.
- Command of the English Language
- Driver’s License
Compensation:
- Annual Salary- $41,000-$50,000 DOE
- Company profit sharing
- New team member hiring referral bonus $500.00
