We're hiring a full-time Guest Relations Attendant to join our growing team. The role involves collaborating with sales and reservations, handling administrative tasks, and utilizing both soft skills and technology to enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate is outgoing, tech-savvy, proactive and able to grow into new and exciting future positions.


  • Enthusiastically greet guests in our offices or on the phone
  • Offer suggestions on favorite dining experiences, local adventures and excursions
  • Maintain an organized work space
  • Assist guests and team members with essential daily, weekly and monthly tasks
  • Establish and manage relationships with Owners, Guests, vendors, and local establishments.


  • Experience in customer service, administrative services or similar roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain an exceptional level of follow-up.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must be computer literate and able to learn, adapt and train on new cutting-edge technologies.
  • Flexibility to work, including weekends and some holidays.
  • No visible tattoos, visible body piercings, or unnatural hair color or hairstyles per company grooming standards.


Annual Salary: $35,000 - $38,000
