COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Turno is transforming short-term rental (STR) management. Since 2016, our SaaS platform and mobile apps have simplified turnovers for STR hosts and property managers, connecting them with over 55,000 vetted cleaning professionals worldwide. With a team of 150+ across eight countries, we’re revolutionizing the STR industry with cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer support. If you’re energized by high-volume sales, passionate about creating matches that drive value, and excel at closing deals, Turno is the perfect place to grow your career.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Growth Product Manager will be the driving force behind Turno’s user acquisition, activation, and retention efforts. As the first dedicated growth hire, you’ll lead a systematic, data-driven approach to funnel optimization, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth teams (Sales and Marketing) to accelerate measurable results. Your expertise in experimentation, analytics, and user experience improvement will play a key role in scaling our platform. This full-time remote/hybrid role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and persuasive communication to continuously enhance performance and drive Turno’s growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and implement strategies that optimize acquisition funnels, increase activation rates, and drive revenue growth.
  • Own the experimentation and growth process, establishing an experiment backlog and regularly running A/B tests, analyzing results, and iterating quickly.
  • Oversee the onboarding experience, ensuring hosts quickly realize value and progress seamlessly through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to standardize data instrumentation, leveraging tools like Mixpanel, LaunchDarkly, and Looker for insights and feature testing.
  • Develop engagement strategies across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, leveraging ESPs such as SendGrid, Braze, or Iterable to improve activation and retention.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align growth objectives, maintain consistent messaging, and deliver cohesive user experiences.
  • Translate customer feedback and behavioral data into new opportunities, advocating for product improvements that address host needs.
  • Present findings, experiment results, and growth recommendations to stakeholders, driving alignment and transparency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of growth product management or similar experience in a consumer software or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable user acquisition and retention results through structured experimentation and funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Looker) and a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with feature flagging (LaunchDarkly) and ESPs (SendGrid, Braze, Iterable) for rapid iteration and engagement campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated autonomy in driving growth initiatives, coupled with a willingness to partner with internal teams for maximum impact.
  • A "growth hacker" mindset, characterized by creativity, resourcefulness, and a relentless focus on improvement.
