We are looking for an INTEGRATOR to run and integrate the Property Mgt division for both Short Term Vacation Rentals, CoWorking Office Space, and Long term traditional property mgmt rentals.


  • Runs all weekly dept Meetings 
  • Creates Agenda by making sure subordinate team members provide topics on current issues 
  • Runs the meetings 
  • Tackles key issues which turn into tasks/to-dos 
  • Hold Accountable 
  • Heavy role in Acquisition, Capital Development, Marketing for Investors, Sales of Assets, Construction, and Asset Mgt  
  • Construction more customer service & solving problems 
  • Oversees the HR Dept  
  • Very Involved in New Team Member Hires 
  • Market Research on Opportunity Markets  
  • Run proformas on deals- compile financial data and metrics 
  • Help market deal to investors to fund opportunities. 
  • Inbound Marketing Strategies creating a funnel of new sales leads

  • Videos 
  • Pre-Screen investors to determine fit (Investor Questionnaire) 
  • Manage Opportunity Pipeline & Deal Flow 
  • Pre-Purchase opportunities 
  • Compile data from each dept – projected rents, expenses, investor targets, construction costs, back end sales price, exit strategies 
  • Manage Investor concerns and complaints 
  • Oversee Investor reporting to make sure they are continually involved and happy with the investment 
  • Budgeting & Forecasting new & existing properties 
  • Help build out all company CORE processes with the visionary (assign lower processes to team members) 
  • Oversees All dept’s 
  • Sales Process for Hiring New Clients  
  • Stewards Sales Dept by Holding Accountable the Execution 
  • A quarterback any new technology used to run business- Software, Lead Mgt, PM Software, etc- create processes and procedures of how it's used by the team 
  • Manage Existing & New Investor Relationships Visionary brings on board- Steward 
  • Contract Negotiation Mgt  
  • Pitching Deals to Investors and prospects  
  • Determine new team members needs and hire staff 
  • Play same integrator role in new business ventures 
  • Freedom Housing Foundation  
  • Redamo WorkSpaces- shared office concept 


College Degree and Master's Degree a Bonus.  Prefer specific hospitality and vacation rental property management experience.   At least 5 yrs or less if have other real estate-specific or hotel experience.  Experience in building teams, Leading, Managing, and holding accountable (LMA)

  6. 3 years minimum experience in Hospitality Industry Or Real Estate Industry 
  7. Demonstrate you had a past role in Leading a Team 
  8. Established Leadership 
  9. Process Oriented 
  10. Excellent Communicator 


Annual Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 with profit-sharing $150K+ OTE

Bonus Details: Profit Sharing Plan based on the net profits.
