RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire new homeowners through networks with realtors and lead generation tactics. Create compelling proposals to persuade homeowners to join.
- Maintain homeowner relationships with prompt and attentive service.
- Proactively respond to homeowner inquiries and needs while coordinating some on-site dispatch for significant issues.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of our properties, homeowner preferences, and local area nuances.
- Regularly work with operation and off-shore staff to help identify and address listings, maintenance, housekeeping, and aesthetic concerns.
- Oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, and management of maintenance personnel and vendors,
- Ensure high-quality work in managing and communicating homeowner billing and statements, home inventories, and property inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Management and leadership experience.
- Ability to work independently and proven self-started.
- Excellent organizational and highly detail-oriented.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and climb stairs.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills-- especially with Excel and web-based apps and systems (i.e., Hostway, Breezeway, WhatsApp)
- Able to analyze, create, and implement systems as necessary.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: Awarded based on the number of new homes retained or recruited

Schedule: Availability during regular business hours is required, with seasonal weekend work as needed to meet business demands.
