POSITION SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquire new homeowners through networks with realtors and lead generation tactics. Create compelling proposals to persuade homeowners to join.
  • Maintain homeowner relationships with prompt and attentive service.
  • Proactively respond to homeowner inquiries and needs while coordinating some on-site dispatch for significant issues.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of our properties, homeowner preferences, and local area nuances.
  • Regularly work with operation and off-shore staff to help identify and address listings, maintenance, housekeeping, and aesthetic concerns.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, and management of maintenance personnel and vendors,
  • Ensure high-quality work in managing and communicating homeowner billing and statements, home inventories, and property inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Management and leadership experience.
  • Ability to work independently and proven self-started.
  • Excellent organizational and highly detail-oriented.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and climb stairs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills-- especially with Excel and web-based apps and systems (i.e., Hostway, Breezeway, WhatsApp)
  • Able to analyze, create, and implement systems as necessary.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Awarded based on the number of new homes retained or recruited

Schedule: Availability during regular business hours is required, with seasonal weekend work as needed to meet business demands.
