POSITION SUMMARY:
Your role as our General Manager will not be just to ensure smooth operations at our boutique hotel and venue but also to be a transformative force in our exciting rebranding journey. With us, you won't just be managing day-to-day operations spanning revenue management, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk; you'll be a leading figure in shaping the identity of our property, turning it into a vacation destination that's truly special.
For this role, your collaborative abilities will be crucial. Working closely with the Event Manager, you'll maximize group bookings and harmonize operations between the hotel and the event venue, all while forging a new path for our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless processes that result in the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Hire, manage, and lead an efficient team while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Coordinate hotel functions cross-departmentally, including housekeeping, maintenance, reservations and front desk.
- Assist the Event Manager with group bookings and ensure smooth operations between the hotel and venue.
- Focus on constantly improving and implementing operational procedures to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field preferred
- 7 years minimum of experience in the hotel industry
- General Management experience (preferably in a hotel setting)
- Previous experience with hotel pre-openings is highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $80,000
Bonus: up to $10,000-15,000
