We are now seeking an Executive Assistant for our CEO who is an expert multi-tasker, highly detailed, and can “manage up” effectively.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will be relied upon to increase productivity, save the CEO time, optimize the work environment, and track key projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Acme House Company is seeking an individual who can transform organized chaos into a seamless and efficient operation. Keeping our CEO's daily schedule organized will allow them to focus on their top priorities and allow you to play a vital role in a thriving Palm Springs organization while enjoying an excellent compensation package with exciting perks. The right applicant will have experience with project management apps, CRM and Google Workspace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar for all meetings and important dates.
  • Manage all administrative tasks and projects related to or directed by the CEO.
  • Prepare notes and takeaways from weekly meetings and post them in our Project Management Software for the CEO.
  • Work alongside the founder and team to implement policies, procedures, and company standards.
  • Assist in the execution of the company vision while building team morale and culture.
  • Light accounts payable duties.
  • Speak with clients.
  • Networking tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role is required.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace; familiarity with Monday, HubSpot, or similar project management apps and CRM is required.
  • Basic understanding of accounting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with our team and vendors.
  • Possess a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to adhere to confidentiality policies.
  • Operate well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $55,000- $75,000
