POSITION SUMMARY:
Maya Luxe is looking for full-time Executive Assistant who will report directly to the CEO/Founder of the company. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with high-level executives and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring efficiency and seamless communication within the organization. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. The ideal candidate will be an experienced EA who is comfortable supporting a very busy executive and manage many priorities at once an ideally has experience in the hospitality or real estate industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely preparation.
- Communication Management: Handle correspondence, prioritize urgent matters, and draft responses on behalf of the CEO.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, document compilation, and meeting minutes.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Project & Task Management: Assist in the execution of strategic projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and relationship management.
- Help manage and oversee certain departments when needed.
- Oversee various personal affairs such as paying personal bills, including managing personal assets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently living in Riviera Maya.
- Professional fluency in English & Spanish
- Approximately 3+ years of professional experience as Exec Assistant.
- Focused on time management & ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task
- Effective verbal and written communicator
- Problem solver & decision maker.
- Proactive with alot of self direction
- Metrics-driven and results-oriented
- Ability to adapt to change
- Car is necessary
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Rate: $1,500 - $2,500
