POSITION SUMMARY:

As our CEO’s Executive Assistant, you will become essential to our leadership dynamic, ensuring peak performance and productivity.

Taking on this position will offer you the unique opportunity to work closely with Joe, a multi-family property investment advisor, broker and the founder of our company. Your contribution will be crucial in streamlining operational and administrative tasks, enabling Joe to focus on strategic business development and nurturing client relationships.

As an Executive Assistant, your day-to-day will consist of managing email, a busy calendar, and taking ownership of document management to ensure the inner workings of our business run smoothly. Your strong communication skills, thorough market research, and ability to handle administrative tasks will be instrumental in making sure no detail “slips through the cracks.” Northstar for this role is to save time for me by handling tasks and managing ongoing projects. Other skills can be learned on the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Email, Correspondence and Calendar Management: Handling and prioritizing emails and other communications as well as scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organizing materials and follow-ups for meetings.
  • Document Management: Organizing important files and documents.
  • Property listings: Assist in creating listings and marketing materials
  • Client Communication: Acting as a liaison with employees, clients, and partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to assist in decision-making
  • Administrative Support: Utilize Google Office Suite to ensure smooth daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, preferably in real estate or a related field
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite (sheets, docs, email, etc)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish are a plus 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Annual Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience and achievement
