POSITION SUMMARY:

Standley Systems is looking for a proven Dynamics System Administrator to accelerate the adoption of Customer Engagement (CE) and to assist with road mapping towards Customer Service, and Business Central. The role will include System Design (Customizations, Processes, Workflow), steady-state support, and End User Training. The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and be disciplined.  Detailed, specialized work is the major focus. The person in this position will require clearly defined work, responsibilities, and reporting relationships, ongoing and thorough training opportunities to develop expertise and increase confidence, and frequently expressed appreciation of the person’s competence, conscientiousness, and loyalty. The position will provide security in a stable work environment, allowing the person to plan for, focus on, and complete tasks on hand. Besides having Dynamics experience, the successful candidate will also be an excellent learner, communicator, and team player. The Dynamics System Administrator will enable the Standley Systems Sales team to exceed their sales goals, reducing complexity within a stable, responsive platform. The ideal candidate will have a track record of systematizing business processes into Dynamics 365 applications. For non-local candidates, this is a fully remote opportunity. If desired, relocation can also be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fully embrace Standley Systems’ core values
  • Draft, Maintain and Revise System Documentation within IT Glue
  • Provide unparalleled support to CRM users
  • New User configuration (Security Roles, Field Security Profiles, Outlook Add-in Enablement)
  • Documenting, developing training curriculum to our internal Technology Training Manager
  • Support Ticket triage, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution for issues
  • Convert recurring tickets or enhancement requests into user stories
  • Maintain document templates (Document Core Pack) and build new ones as necessary
  • Maintain all price groups based on discounts, price lists, and pack percentages as established by Executive Leadership
  • Maintain site map(s) in relation to developed business process flows
  • Manage all data enhancement and clean up as needed, including appending external data sources, all new account creation, account assignments, and realignments, any account merges, and any purging

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills

  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Dynamics System Administrator
  • Knowledge of system design and data visualization required
  • Familiarity with data and reporting tools such as E-Automate, EDA, Hoovers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Education and/or Experience

  • CRM experience required
  • Industry experience preferred

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

  • Dynamics 365 Certifications required (minimum of 1)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $68,000.00 - $83,000.00
