POSITION SUMMARY:
Open interviews Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12 pm - 2 pm 2824 Willa View Drive, Pigeon Forge
We’re seeking a conscientious individual who thrives in a detail-oriented role, working with people and handling administrative tasks. If that’s precisely the kind of role where you would thrive, then our Dispatch Manager position was designed for you.
As a pivotal team member, your overarching goal will be to monitor, oversee, and ensure the smooth running of all dispatch operations, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service every time.
Each day will involve managing a team of dispatch agents, coordinating in-house maintenance tasks and vendor work orders, as well as building positive business relationships with all our staff, departmental managers, and outside vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and monitor dispatch operations, ensuring efficient task assignments and processing maintenance and vendor work orders.
- Maintain communication across departments, providing timely updates on work orders and issues affecting guest or owner arrivals.
- Review and verify all completed work orders prior to approval for billing, ensuring they meet company standards and keep track of recurring issues for escalation to upper management.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee work order assignments, and review vendor bills for accuracy and completion.
- Oversee and schedule dispatch agents, ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained, and approve time-off requests in a timely manner.
- Handle purchasing responsibilities, review and order purchase requests from other departments, track item deliveries, and coordinate inventory maintenance.
- Coordinate and oversee seasonal projects such as fireplace operation, firewood deliveries, and lawn care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining positive business relationships.
- Strong administrative abilities to accurately review and verify all completed work orders, track recurring issues, and handle purchasing responsibilities.
- Able to effectively schedule and ensure all shifts are covered
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of spreadsheet management and tracking systems, ensuring effective operation and data maintenance.
