Patriot Family Homes is a fully integrated short-term rental company that is proudly Veteran-owned and operated. We are currently headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, but also have many remote and travel roles, as well as field teams that include W-2 and 1099 team members who live in the markets where our houses are located across the Southeast, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southwest.

We currently have 60 employees who manage a portfolio of ~550 short-term rentals. We own the majority of our homes through a number of dedicated property companies, plus we manage a number of properties for third-party owners.

We are looking to hire a full-time Director of Revenue Strategy who will have overall accountability for the topline revenue performance of our homes. This includes overall pricing strategy, channel performance and optimization, analytical methods to identify trends and patterns, maximize periodic events and other demand drivers within existing markets, build out plans as we enter new markets, and manage the day-to-day pricing at all of our listings.


  • Ensure that every night at every property (550 units) is priced correctly to maximize revenue.
  • Establish fee vs. rates strategy through analysis and testing.
  • Build scalable tools, analysis, and processes for pricing all asset types (single-family, multi-family, treehouses, B&B, hotel).
  • Create scalable and measurable performance tracking.
  • Manage and improve Revenue Generation Index (RGI) methodology and comp sets for each asset to assess performance relative to the market.
  • Develop a distribution strategy to maximize Total RevPAR, including cleaning fees, ancillary revenue, and other add-ons.
  • Optimize positioning of all properties on platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO,, Expedia, TripAdvisor, various STR channels, and company websites.
  • Monitor channel listing status and performance; collaborate on channel reconciliation invoicing with accounting.
  • Support Finance and the executive team with budgeting, strategic planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Partner with key functional departments (Sales, Marketing, etc.) to build demand and improve conversion.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a growing team of revenue and distribution professionals.
  • Embed a revenue management culture across the broader organization.


  • Yield and Revenue Management expertise, especially in the short-term rental space.
  • Experience developing demand forecast models, tactical pricing decision support, and revenue reporting.
  • Experience with P&L forecasting.
  • Familiarity with STR distribution, the typical STR guest journey, and levers to improve conversion.
  • Superior analytical acumen and passion for solving complex problems.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
  • Motivated to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ruthless attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a team in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Guesty PMS system and Pricelabs is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, mathematics, statistics, data analysis, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a revenue management, finance, or strategy-focused role is preferred.


Annual Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
