Cabins for YOU was voted one of the Top 50 vacation rental property managers in the world in 2020 and we are currently searching for a Director of Revenue Management to join our growing team!
The Director of Revenue Management will work directly with the Director of Marketing and the CMO on various projects revolving around creating strategies for building and improving a stronger marketing presence and sales process. These projects will revolve around revenue management, paid traffic, Google ads and other Google-related products, Facebook ads, and more as new marketing mediums are started.
This position will aid in the analyzing of data to ensure the success of properties and determine a course of action for those not succeeding.
Monitors trends across the company regarding bookings and revenue generation to determine if the company is meeting performance metrics.
Works with the Director of Marketing to determine a course of action for times when trends are not meeting expectations.
Monitors adjust and analyze Google Adwords, YouTube ads, Facebook Ads, etc to ensure the company is optimizing ad dollars.
Spearheads special projects for marketing strategies, branding, acquisitions, call center, and revenue growth, working closely with the Director of Marketing and CMO
Answer questions from the Owner Relations departments regarding the property-specific analysis.
Analyzes data to help determine property success and a course of action for those failing
Determine the proper course of action to increase traffic, search result rankings, conversion rate, etc
Creates and presents Revenue Meeting Agendas and implements Plans of Actions for identified opportunities.
Monitors success of monthly social campaigns on assigned platforms
Analyze competitors’ marketing efforts to ensure the company is staying ahead of our competitors in regards to pricing, inventory market share, and marketing efforts.
Give rate projections to potential owners, cabins being on-boarded or to help set goals for cabins on the program.
Assembles CAAPs for concerned owners
3+ years of marketing and/or analytics experience
- Must be able to travel to our corporate office in metro Atlanta, GA periodically for meetings as needed.
- Firm working knowledge of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures and ability to use them in varied situations.
- Requires advanced analytical abilities, requires critical thinking, and the ability to solve problems using various analytical methods.
- Requires knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with Streamline is a must.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
The degree can be replaced by relevant experience
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual salary: $60,000 base pay with additional bonuses and incentives
