POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Director of Operations, you must possess exceptional organizational skills and acute oversight of all details as you simultaneously manage multiple projects and teams. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a person who effortlessly builds lasting professional working relationships with employees, homeowners, and guests. Your team must be able to rely on you to pitch in whenever necessary. No job is beneath you. This role will require you to be resourceful, quick on your feet, and display great problem-solving skills. You must possess the ability to quickly resolve any issues as they arise and ensure guests have a delightful stay while vacationing with Funtierland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executing and maintaining priority projects across the portfolio of homes including all labor and parts expense tracking
- Develop and improve SOPS to ensure team adherence and efficiency
- Create and establish employee shifts and hours in a way that maximizes productivity
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure they are in line with company expectations
- Keep homeowners up to date on all pertinent information regarding work on their property
- Available to take calls and texts from homeowners and resolve any issues
- Be aware of check-ins/check-outs and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Track the performance & efficiency of your team members
- Improve and maintain our approved third-party vendor list
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures for purchasing supplies
- Work alongside your team as needed with high availability throughout the week and the ability to jump in as needed after hours
- Establish and maintain a positive and pleasant culture cross-company
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Direct experience in hospitality industry management, ideally Vacation Rentals
- Proven success in a management level position
- Exemplary communication and leadership skills
- Strong budgeting, business negotiation, and financial analysis skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt and deploy various SAAS
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Annual Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
