POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an ambitious and strategic thinker who is comfortable with technology and ready to grow into our evolving HR Director role to lead our Human Resources efforts through a phase of rapid growth and development. This role will be pivotal in reshaping our HR strategies, collaborating closely with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), partnering with department heads, and ensuring our workforce continues to thrive in alignment with our company's vision and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute Human Resources strategies and initiatives in line with the company's overall mission and objectives, leveraging the expertise of the PEO.
  • Collaborate with the PEO to design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires while focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Empower and support managers to pull through company culture and HR initiatives in daily operations by overseeing employee relations, performance management, and career development programs to foster a positive and supportive employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary to maintain legal compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members with HR responsibilities, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources roles with increasing responsibility, preferably within the hospitality industry, is required.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with a PEO or managing a relationship with an outsourced HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Tech-savvy with analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; a Master’s degree or HR certification is desired.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $100,000

Bonus Details: Bonus opportunity based on individual and company performance.
