POSITION SUMMARY:
Precision, dedication, and genuine relationships are at the forefront of our operations. Our team is seeking a Director of Homeowner Relations who embraces these values and has a proven commitment to detail and exceptional service.
As our Director of Homeowner Relations, your role and key responsibilities will be to focus on the retention of our valued homeowners. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in ensuring their continued partnership with GBR. This is more than just a numbers game—it's about understanding, addressing, and preempting their needs. You’ll conduct regular in-person meetings with our homeowners to provide insights, listen to feedback, and reinforce a strong collaborative relationship.
It will also be vital for you to possess strong attention to detail to manage essential documentation, ensure timely communication on challenges and opportunities, maintain the Owner Call Log, and perform other tasks with this position.
You’ll also find that this role offers a perfect balance of remote work and field tasks. From meeting owners to ensuring smooth arrivals and handling timely deliveries, your presence will make a difference and provide the autonomy to manage time effectively and flexibility for a balanced work-life rhythm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on retention of Owners while capturing new leads and converting potential leads to new Owners.
- Meet in person with Owners as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Ensure all internal documentation is consistently being maintained.
- Ensure all challenges and opportunities are being communicated in a timely manner.
- Maintain Owner Call Log monthly, checkbook, and PCARD.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year(s) of rental management experience.
- 1+ year(s) of previous experience in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to foster rapport through regular in-person meetings, ensuring sustained collaboration and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, adept at managing essential documentation, ensuring timely communications, and overseeing financial tools.
- Comfortable with a mixed working model, balancing remote tasks with essential in-field activities and showcasing autonomy and flexibility in managing time and responsibilities.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 based on experience and achievement
Bonus: 1% commission (Gross GLR Projection) for all new Owners brought on to rental.

Schedule: This hybrid position allows for remote work but requires you to be in the field as needed for meetings, Owner arrivals, or deliveries.
