Director Of Business Development and Culture:

Location: Seaside Vacation Homes, Seaside, OR
Established & Growing Family-Owned Company.

We are looking for a closer who can leverage our retail showroom while being a leader in our vacation rental company. You will work hand in hand with the owner to scale the social aspects of our business (Selecting and influencing policy with new employees, homeowners, neighbors, and guests).

As the Director of Business Development and Culture, you will take the lead on Account Sales, Recruitment, Team Building & Influencing Retention. You will be a central figure in this company, and some would say the face of the company alongside the owner. You know how to impact the people you work with and serve. You are a future driven confident and competitive person always focused on tomorrow and what needs to happen between now and then. You are confident under pressure and able to multitask. You are creative and stylish but realize when it is not a good idea to say that out loud or wear that particular dress or shirt to that meeting. You have an eye for style!

If this, is you, we need you on our team! We are searching for a culture builder who loves sales and being part of a team that is going places. Starting in 2020, we are opening the program up to a new genre of growth and looking for a closer who can use the platform of our retail showroom to leverage new accounts while keeping an eye on our reservations team for our vacation rentals and promoting the social aspects/culture of our business (networking with new employee's, homeowners, neighbors, and guests.)

General HR requirements:

  • Full-Time Schedule Runs Thursday – Monday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • We Are a Drug-free Workplace
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Must have Established Residence on North Coast or Transition Plan
  • Run With the Best

*Working weekends is important as that is when the foot traffic in our store is high to network with new potential owners.

Additional Compensation:

  • $50,000 Annual base salary + up to $30,000 Annual Commission
