POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Customer Success Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and assisting with the support and training of Vintorys partners and trial users. Working closely with our Product, Support, and Sales teams, you will use your strong communication skills and technical know-how to wow as you help them - realize the value that Vintory brings to their business.

The ideal candidate is experienced in the SaaS business, loves helping customers, and is comfortable with technical and highly configurable SaaS solutions. Attention to detail, strong communication and follow-up skills, and a proactive, customer-centric orientation are required. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote a “customer first” environment at all times.
  • Become a Vintory platform expert.
  • Understand the goals & objectives of new partners and translate those needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process.
  • Work closely with partners to fully integrate the Vintory app into their sales and marketing operations.
  • Train clients in software platform basics and provide progressive guidance throughout the implementation and initial campaign launch process.
  • Track and hit key implementation milestones.
  • Continue to offer ongoing support and guidance for the lifecycle of the partner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and proven complex problem-solving skills are required.
  • Customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty.
  • Background in CRM software.
  • Hospitality and SaaS organizations' experience is preferred.

  • Position LocationThis position is remote and can be conducted out of team members' homes as long as they have a quiet, dedicated place to conduct business and a fast and stable internet connection.
