As our new Content Marketing Specialist, you'll help strengthen our brand's voice and visual identity. Directly collaborating with our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be free to share your flair for persuasive writing and visual storytelling through engaging social media content, scroll-stopping graphics, and compelling copy that resonates with our audience.
What You'll Do:
- You'll work alongside our Social Media Manager to manage platforms on spaces like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, building a community with interaction.
- You’ll use your graphic design skills on social media, ads, or promo materials.
- You'll turn property photos into captivating visuals. Your skillful touch will ensure each property looks its very best.
- Your words will make a real difference, with the opportunity to write a wide variety of copy from website content to search ads that don't just talk to our audience but grab their attention - while keeping SEO best practices in mind.

- Perform online community management, overseeing and responding to comments.
- Design and produce visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials, along with editing and enhancing property photos for digital platforms.
- Maintain a cohesive and polished brand identity across all visual materials, collaborating with the marketing team for brand consistency.
- Write concise, persuasive, and SEO-aligned copy for website content and search ads to boost traffic and conversions.
- Craft compelling, error-free copy for diverse online platforms, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and emerging digital trends.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor content for various digital channels.
- Attention to detail, able to maintain a meticulous eye for detail to uphold accuracy and quality
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desired.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $43,000 - $50,000 based on experience and achievement
