POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Owner Communication Assistant at True North Property Management, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable moments for our guests and clients. Your role will involve answering queries, resolving issues, and being an active member of our dynamic team.

care and have a relaxed and agreeable communication style focused on building lasting relationships and providing quality service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide immediate and exceptional service to owners and clients.
- Assist with potential guest bookings and address client concerns.
- Collaborate with the guest communications team to coordinate tasks and improve the overall service quality of the entire team.
- Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and care.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations is required
- Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Streamline is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional English language skills, including writing, verbiage, grammar, and dialect.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Range: $6 - $10 based on experience and achievement

Schedule: This remote position offers full-time hours. Must be willing to work regular business hours with the flexibility to work after hours as needed.
