As our Client Advocacy Assistant, you’ll be pivotal in nurturing our client relationships, upholding our commitment to exceptional service and enhancing client satisfaction. Working hand-in-hand with our accomplished Paralegals and Attorneys, your primary responsibilities will include managing inactive cases, as well as diligent correspondence with clients and liaising seamlessly with institutions like USCIS, EOIR, and other pertinent agencies.

Through conducting and interpreting client satisfaction surveys, you will assist in pinpointing areas of improvement, ensuring that our services meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Serve as the liaison between attorneys, USCIS, and clients regarding the status of inactive cases and ensuring cases proceed smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage client communications for all inactive cases, including sending client status updates via text and email
  • Manage communication with USCIS, proactively following up on case status and seeking to identify any opportunities to expedite processes.
  • Fileroutine work permit applications and FOIA requests
  • Administer and collect client satisfaction surveys and log responses received
  • Review client satisfaction survey data to identify trends and surface recommendations for improvement


  • Must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in legal or customer service roles, with a preference for those with experience in immigration law.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic and compassionate communicator
  • Candidates should demonstrate a strong passion and natural inclination for continuous learning in their roles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality; displays sound judgment and ethics
  • Spanish language fluency preferred
  • Minimum Associate’s degree
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to work across multiple platforms


Hourly Wage: $8 - $10 per hour

Scheduling: This role entails working regular business hours with the flexibility to be available for overtime when necessary.
