As our Chef, you’ll join a long legacy of culinary artisans who have kept hungry people coming through our doors and leaving satisfied since the Gilded Age!

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team, whether you're a local or from out of town, who wants to gain experience working in a positive and organized kitchen with the chance to showcase your skills.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and preparing meals using the freshest ingredients and making sure the kitchen is running smoothly. You’ll also have the go-ahead to lead the team in developing menu items that showcase high-quality Southern flavors utilizing seasonal, local produce.

  • Food preparation tasks, learning and following our recipes, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • Cook and plate meals attractively, ensuring consistency and that each plate meets our presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following sanitation guidelines and food safety regulations.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner when necessary.


  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, as well as multi-task to ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Able to collaborate with other cooks and kitchen staff to maintain a positive and supportive kitchen environment.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • A commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Able to adapt to new recipes, techniques, and menu changes while maintaining our high standards.

Schedule: Must have the flexibility to work day and evening shifts as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
