POSITION SUMMARY:

The team at Tech Travel is looking for a reliable and thorough individual to commit to the role of Check-In Property Inspector. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing property inspections before guests check in for their stay to ensure that everything is clean, properly stocked, and ready to make a great first impression when guests arrive.
We’ll also rely on you to perform inspections after guests have checked out to make note of any damaged or missing items. This position is vital to ensuring Tech Travel continues to uphold the high standards our guests and property owners have come to expect from us.
Occasionally, this job will also require you to run small errands to replace or stock the property as needed and mail forgotten items to past guests.
To do this job effectively, it will be important for you to be detail-oriented, efficient with your time, and able to work collaboratively with others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check-in & out inspections
- Inventory
- Staging
- Stocking
- Small errands such as to the post office to ship forgotten belongings or to the store to pick up items for a property.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Reliable
- Dependable
- Able to provide good customer service
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $11 -$17 per hour based on experience and achievement
Schedule: Must be flexible in the hours and days worked, including weekends
