POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Chief Financial Officer, you'll be a vital asset to our financial and strategic planning - serving as a key advisor to our CEO, as well as overseeing our accounting staff. This means you will have the important responsibility of guiding all aspects of our financial accounting for both Liquid Life and our partner company, Clean Condo, LLC. As Controller, your contributions won't just impact our bottom line but will shape the future of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning, directing, and coordinating all operational accounting functions.
  • Establishing financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards.
  • Overseeing the Accounting Department operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
  • Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements.
  • Implementing consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring compliance with national and local legal standards.
  • Developing and enforcing internal controls to protect company assets.
  • Evaluating accounting software and supporting databases for effectiveness and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in accounting or a related degree in finance.
  • Strong track record demonstrating leadership and acumen in financial
    planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Mac/OS and Internet navigation.
  • Experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of tax planning, financial regulations, and
    compliance.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Aptitude for strategic planning and financial forecasting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: An annual staff bonus is awarded
