Primary Objective of Position
The CEO for SkyRun Partners is responsible for organizing and overseeing all functions under SkyRun Partners, LLC. The CEO reports to the group of SkyRun investors. The primary objective is to develop and implement SkyRun’s long- and short-term goals.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Make sure SkyRun Partners, LLC is positioned to add value to the businesses of our destination owners.
Communicate, on behalf of the company, with investors, government entities, the public, and SkyRun destination owners.
Create and implement the company or organization’s vision and mission.
Lead the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategies. Set strategic goals and make sure they are measurable and describable.
Evaluate the work of other executive leaders within the company, including directors who are direct reports.
Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
Ensure that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever and with whomever it does business.
Assess risks to the company and ensure they are monitored and minimized.
Satisfaction of SkyRun destination owners with the value received from being part of SkyRun.
Aggressive growth of overall annual rental revenue for the total of all SkyRun Destinations (this is the amount we collect commissions on as our primary source of revenue).
Aggressive growth of new destinations.
SkyRun Partner’s bottom line profitability.
At least 3 years of executive experience in a C-level position in a small company or as senior management in part of a large company.
Experience in the Vacation Rental (or hospitality) industry.
Technical expertise to lead a technology-focused company is highly desirable.
Experience managing a franchise or license model is desirable.
An MBA or similar highly desirable.

$200,000 - $250,000 depending on experience (with 50% of that guaranteed/base and the rest based on company annual profit growth).
