POSITION SUMMARY:

Come join us at RealTech Webmasters as our Remote Business Development Representative.

You'll be essential to our growth in this role, identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients with your approachable personality and personable communication skills.

As a full-time addition to our team, you'll also work closely with our business development department to generate new business and leads. You'll have ample opportunity to hone your skills and substantially impact our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company
  • Contacting and qualifying potential customers
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress toward meeting sales goals.
  • Research and data entry
  • Cold-call/email prospects
  • Coordinate prospect communications and set demo appointment
  • Collaborate with the business development team on a range of tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google Workspace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $85,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Our tiered bonus system is designed to reward excellence, starting with a $50,000 base salary and additional incentives, potentially allowing for total earnings of up to $85,000 annually.
