POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you a motivated, ambitious individual looking to join a team that rewards success?
At bnbfinder®, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative with a demonstrated passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, this role offers fantastic flexibility as a hybrid role and the exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of an industry-leading tech startup.
A typical day in this role would begin with researching potential customers and developing a list of prospects to call, within your assigned territory or assigned accounts. This can include researching their company structure and any other relevant information needed to pitch our product effectively. After this is complete, you will then contact each lead by phone and use your knowledge of sales techniques to effectively close them on using bnbfinder®. You must be confident and comfortable with cold calling, delivering presentations, and offering an informed value-filled pitch with the ability to handle objections and have clear and compelling closing statements. Once they have been converted into customers, you will then assist them further with our onboarding process to ensure customer success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow bnbfinder® marketplace supply, with a focus on high-demand areas to meet traveler demand
- Develop and execute a contact & call strategy to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Introduce prospects to bnbfinder®’s marketplace and facilitate their onboarding process.
- Drive new partner education to maximize production potential
- Execute effectively against all sales quotas, growth goals, and strategic objectives set by leadership
- Become an expert on key demand and supply indicators, seasonality trends, and competitive information within the vacation rental and hospitality industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional direct industry experience

2+ years experience in new sales acquisition, preferably with eCommerce products

Some hospitality/travel industry experience preferred

Deliver sales pitches via phone or Zoom, attend industry events, and build the bnbfinder profile in the market

Proven, high-performance sales experience

Excellent cold-calling skills

Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems, Excel, JIRA, Confluence

Must live in Austin, TX, or surrounding areas
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 based on achievement and experience
Annual Commission: $25,000 on-target, paid quarterly
