POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Business Development Representative at PMI Galveston Bay, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. They should be proactive, strategic, and able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience and a strong knowledge of real estate, property management and homeowners' associations is a plus.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue and enhance client satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generating leads and converting them into profitable client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new business development, research opportunities for acquisitions of other property management companies
  • Network and build relationships with potential clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics, using data to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Regularly use and learn from CRM and property management software platforms to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft/Google Office Suite, and a willingness to engage in continuous learning of new software platforms.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Mobile phone and computer with internet access to support work from home.
  • Must live in or near Galveston County, Texas.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Introductory monthly pay of $1,500 / month for the first 3 months, but this is a commission based position. After 3 months the role is commission only.
