POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Blue Cedar Partners. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of elevating The 100 Collection™ and supporting vacation rental managers across North America.

The Business Development Representative at The 100 Collection will be at the forefront of market expansion and revenue growth. With a passion for our brand and an entrepreneurial spirit, you will spearhead initiatives that introduce and establish our brand in new markets. This role is for a driven individual who thrives on creating connections, understanding client needs, and forging robust business relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients to create a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Outreach: Execute outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and other outreach to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Qualification: Qualify prospective leads to determine if they meet the criteria for sales opportunities with The 100 Collection™.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and The 100 Collection™ sales team.
  • Lead Follow Up and Closing: Actively follow up with leads and pursue sales targets and KPIs, ensuring they are met and/or exceeded.
  • Data Management: Keep track of and stay organized with leads, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates and reports on prospecting efforts, lead generation metrics, and sales pipeline progress to the leadership team.
  • Industry Events: On occasion, represent The 100 Collection at industry events, conferences, and networking events, serving as a brand ambassador.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights, ideas, and feedback that contribute to overall business growth and strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven winning track record in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $55K with OTE $100K

Bonus: Bonus opportunities based on company and individual performance.
