We’re seeking a passionate Owner Success & Business Development Manager to join our small and dynamic team to build on our market-leading service & brand to grow our happy clientele of homeowners. This role is a hybrid between homeowner acquisition & relations, where you’ll play a very important role in being the face of the company to our property owners.

This position offers a great deal of flexibility and is best suited for an outgoing, self-motivated individual who thrives in a results-driven role.

Overview of the Role:
Your geography will reach from Indian Harbor Beach to Sebastian Inlet.

Business Development: The first priority of the role is developing and executing a sales plan that results in strong property growth that are a fit for Stay In Cocoa Beach.

Owner Success: The other key priority centers around building and maintaining strong relationships with existing owners, and being accountable for the success of the properties in your territory. This will involve working closely with other parts of the team to ensure owner satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Have a strong awareness of the competitive landscape to help you develop a winning sales strategy
  • Prospect, develop, and manage a pipeline of potential homeowners
  • Use technology & our CRM to most efficiently target & manage prospective clients
  • Create and deliver compelling sales material and presentations
  • Be resourceful and scrappy in identifying and fostering referral sources by getting out in the community, participating in (and hosting) events, networking with realtors, and thinking outside the box.
  • Create and implement property optimization plans – often needing buy-in from homeowners – to ensure properties are up to our standards and will maximize property owners’ ROI.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of statements and payouts
  • Prompt & proactive homeowner communication
  • Implement initiatives that improve how we service and grow our portfolio of homeowners & properties.
    Attend team meetings presenting on growth metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in sales is a must (the hospitality sector is an asset).
  • Must be tech-savvy, and experience working out of a CRM is an asset.
  • Beyond a regular weekday schedule, weekend availability (where time-sensitive, owner service needs arise) is required. There is flexibility on where you work (can be a mix of home/beachside office/meeting prospective clients) and when you work (your daily schedule can be flexible).
  • Driver’s license, car, and no criminal record.
  • Living in the area long-term is required. We can be flexible in the short term.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $55,000 with a $80,000 - $100,000 OTE (and uncapped bonus potential).

The salary will be based upon ~40 hours per week of work. The bonus is intended to be a significant portion of the compensation of a successful candidate and is based on signing on new property owners and performance against quarterly goals.
