Vacation Rental Management Company currently seeks to fill the position of Business Development Manager to oversee the maintenance and growth of its short-term rental inventory.

Position Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead procurement and management.
Handle sales operations through video conferencing and in-person meetings.
Learn and present/communicate specific services and benefits of partnership and what sets company apart from competitors.
Establish Potential Rental Income Projections for prospective clients based on home, historical and market analysis.
New Client On-boarding.
Maintain an organized and accessible file system, both online and in department.
Organize, schedule, and execute various online, postal and email campaigns.
Communicate with clients and prospective clients regarding completion of files and appointments, as well as closing transactions.
Handle and oversee transfer process in its entirety.
Work closely with Rental Manager and Operations staff to ensure owner satisfaction.
Manage communication within various departments in the company from Business Development department
Requirements:
Active NC Real Estate License
Previous Short-Term Vacation Rental Management Experience
Professional appearance and attire
Experience and ability to excel in a fast-paced professional environment
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and schedule to meet deadlines and goals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to build confidence with prospects.
Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Flexibility to travel between office locations
Compensation
Base Salary + Commission; Competitive Salary, commensurate with experience
Probable first-year total income to fall between $80,000 & $100,000. No ceiling!
