Annual Salary: $45,000 to $60,000 based on achievement and experience

At 12B Residential, you’ll make a difference in one of life’s most important needs - a place to call home. We assist our clients in finding the perfect rental in various markets, such as Birmingham, Cleveland, Illinois, St. Louis, and Toledo.

We are proud of what we do and, for that reason, have high hiring standards, but what really sets us apart is our creative, collaborative environment with disciplined goals. When you join our team, you’ll have access to our competitive compensation and perks package. But, most of all, working with us will mean the opportunity to get up each day to do meaningful work in a positive atmosphere where you can be challenged and inspired daily.

As the Broker of Record for our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned market and be relied upon to ensure that our agents have the tools necessary to succeed. In addition to serving as a liaison and unifier between all local departments, this role helps maximize portfolio profitability and aligns all objectives with the company's goals. To keep us up to date on industry and market trends, you will also need to stay current on the latest developments.

To be successful in this role, our team is looking for someone with real estate experience and a thorough understanding of the rental market. You must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary for the team's success.

What makes working in this position and on our team so unique is that at the end of the day, after reviewing your completed tasks, you can confidently head home knowing you did everything possible to ensure clients are that much closer to securing their new home.
